The variable deadCodeElimination is declared
but not initialized, making it undefined by default.
When using the &&= operator with an undefined left operand,
the result will always remain undefined regardless of
how many iterations run.
```js
let deadCodeElimination;
deadCodeElimination &&= true
deadCodeElimination // undefined
```
