Support content_type stream context option in soap

Browse source 
Allows overriding the HTTP header using the HTTP context:

    $client = new SoapClient('http://url.wsdl&v=latest', [
      'stream_context' => stream_context_create([
        'http' => [
          'content_type' => 'foobarX',
        ],
      ]),
    ]);
