Fix #81679: Tracing JIT crashes on reattaching 
When a new process reattaches to OPcache, tracing JIT causes segfaults,
because each new process allocates its own `zend_jit_traces` and
`zend_jit_exit_groups` in SHM, although these need to be shared between
all processes.

We solve that by only allocating these structs for the first process,
and store the pointers in `accel_shared_globals`, so we can reassign
them when a new process reattaches.

Closes GH-7776.

Add system ID entropy API 
The `zend_system_id` is a (true global) system ID that fingerprints a process state. When extensions add engine hooks during MINIT/startup, entropy is added the system ID for each hook. This allows extensions to identify that changes have been made to the engine since the last PHP process restart.

0a74da385d Add support for replaying warnings in opcache 
If opcache.record_warnings is enabled, opcache will record
compilation warnings and replay them when the file is included
again. The primary use case I have in mind for this is automated
testing of the opcache file cache.

This resolves bug #76535.

e2ed7e6716 Allow multiple cache instances per user/host on Windows 
Formerly, there was at most a single OPcache instance per user and the
so called system ID (which is determined from the PHP version).
Sometimes multiple OPcaches might be desired, though, particularly for
unrelated CLI scripts, which may even be necessary (e.g. for our test
suite in parallel mode).

We therefore introduce a new INI directive `opcache.cache_id` which
allows to configure independent OPcache instances for the same user.

We also use `GetUserNameW()` instead of `php_win32_get_username()`,
because the latter retrieves the user name encoded in the
`default_charset`, which can obviously yield different results for
different charsets, leading to OPcache "incompatibilities".  Slightly
worse, some characters may not even be encodeable in the
`default_charset` and would be replaced by question marks, which could
result in different users sharing the same OPcache.

We also refactor, and re-use existing APIs to avoid duplicated code.

332b58f865 Fix bug #77361 (configure fails on 64-bit AIX when opcache enabled) 
In f904830012, support for GNU Hurd was added to the opcache and
the configure check to ensure the opcache knows the flock struct
layout prior to building was changed check for two cases: BSD layout
and Linux layout. All the existing hard-coded cases in
ZendAccelerator.h follow these two cases, except for 64-bit AIX.
This means that even though building on 64-bit AIX would work,
the configure script refuses to continue.

Add a new configure check for the 64-bit AIX case and a new
compiler definition HAVE_FLOCK_AIX64. Now that all the cases are
covered, simplify the ifdef logic around these three HAVE_FLOCK_*
macros:
- The macOS and the various BSD flavors fall under HAVE_FLOCK_BSD
- Linux, HP-UX, GNU Hurd, 32-bit AIX, and SVR4 environments
  fall under HAVE_FLOCK_LINUX
- 64-bit AIX falls under HAVE_FLOCK_AIX64

The only difference between the existing HAVE_FLOCK_LINUX and
the hard-coded Linux/HP-UX/Hurd case is that the latter
initialized the 5th member to 0, but since the C standard already
says that un-initialized members will be initialized to 0,
it's effectively the same.

It's not safe to change value of ZCG(accel_directives).file_cache_only, becuse it might be altered by INI subsystem.
Use global variable instead.

49d9b3013f Move cwd_state and path related routines to size_t 
Having `int` there is no real profit in the size or speed, while unsigned
improves security and overall integration. ZPP supplied strings can
be then accepted directly and structs can be still handled with smaller
unsigned types for size reasons, which is safe. Yet some related places
are to go.

basic move tsrm_realpath_r to size_t

fix conditions and sync with affected places

touch ocurrences of php_sys_readlink usage

follow up on phar path handling

remove duplicated check

move zend_resolve_path and related pieces to size_t

touch yet resolve path related places

remove cast

missing pieces

yet cleanups for php_sys_readlink for ssize_t
