cefa7f8d08 Introduce zend_function_call_entry structure 
Instead of directly pushing the zend_function* onto the
function_call_stack, push this structure. This allows us to store
additional data on this stack.

ef9e003b0c Small cleanup in class name resolution of compiler 
* The fetch_type and check_ns_name parameters of
   zend_resolve_class_name were unused and are now removed.
 * ZEND_FETCH_CLASS_GLOBAL is no longer used (no code actually
   checking for it).
 * The checks for usage of "namespace" as class name were
   unnecessary as that situation can't occur anyways.

70f83f35d0 . The VM stacks for passing function arguments and syntaticaly nested calls were merged into a single stack. The stack size needed for op_array execution is calculated at compile time and preallocated at once. As result all the stack push operatins don't require checks for stack overflow any more. 
. Generators implementation was improved using the new VM stack. Now it's a bit more clear and faster.
