* Updated extensions, SAPI's and core
* php_get_current_user() is now declared in main.c, thrus no need to include safe_mode.h anymore

MFH Add openssl_random_pseudo_bytes() in order to expose access to a PRG, this wraps around whatever the OS provides.
...
- OpenBSD uses arc4random()
- Windows uses the Windows Crypto API
- FreeBSD, Linux, etc use /dev/random or /dev/urandom if available
