8d3f8ca12a Remove unused Git attributes ident 
The $Id$ keywords were used in Subversion where they can be substituted
with filename, last revision number change, last changed date, and last
user who changed it.

In Git this functionality is different and can be done with Git attribute
ident. These need to be defined manually for each file in the
.gitattributes file and are afterwards replaced with 40-character
hexadecimal blob object name which is based only on the particular file
contents.

This patch simplifies handling of $Id$ keywords by removing them since
they are not used anymore.

d027bc2add Fixed bug #69373 
xmlNodeSetContentLen() calls xmlFreeNode() on node->children. This
causes problems if there are other references around to those children.

e33f3d3b7c Move smart_str implementation into Zend/ 
So we can use it there as well...

For now I've retained the zend_smart_str_public.h header, though
it would probably be better to just move that one struct into
zend_types.h.

7bd505021c - Turns out the external entity loader is not a per-thread global but a true 
global. Changed code accordingly; however, applications that embed PHP and
  also use libxml2 may be affected negatively.
