2104bea5d7 Remove Netware support 
If this does not break the Unix system somehow, I'll be amazed. This should get most of it out, apologies for any errors this may cause on non-Windows ends which I cannot test atm.

  made the apache ini holders to be zend_bool
  Removed useless local variable
  Use simpler functions
  Fixed test
  small fixes to UPGRADING
  Reorder to save alignment size (of course, only for common used structs)

e33f3d3b7c Move smart_str implementation into Zend/ 
So we can use it there as well...

For now I've retained the zend_smart_str_public.h header, though
it would probably be better to just move that one struct into
zend_types.h.

11d24c1593 * implement new output API, fixing some bugs and implementing some feature 
requests--let's see what I can dig out of the bugtracker for NEWS--
  and while crossing the road:
   * implemented new zlib API
   * fixed up ext/tidy (what was "s&" in zend_parse_parameters() supposed to do?)
