a555cc0b3d Clean DONE tags from tests
Remove most of the `===DONE===` tags and its variations.
Keep `===DONE===` if the test output otherwise becomes empty.

Closes GH-4872.

9f545de0b6 Fix test expectations
While bug77020.phpt already succeeds on Linux, it fails on Windows;
imap_fetchbody_variation3.phpt fails on both systems.  We therefore
make these tests more resilient.

7edc639b9f Fix #77020: null pointer dereference in imap_mail
If an empty $message is passed to imap_mail(), we must not set message
to NULL, since _php_imap_mail() is not supposed to handle NULL pointers
(opposed to pointers to NUL).
