Stig Bakken	1cb0d88186	Decent configure speedup. Makefiles are now generated only for the ... extensions you are including. Got rid of configure.in.in. Moved the last Apache-specific files into sapi/apache and made both static and DSO build work again (it still doesn't run properly).	1999-09-29 15:17:02 +00:00
