5c40e7c41e Add thread-safety notice here. The solution is using gethostbyname_r, 
but it seems that it takes different parameters on Solaris and
Linux. ;-P We should probably make a wrapper function, and make a
configure test that checks if there is a reentrant version available,
and if not protect gethostbyname and similar calls with a mutex until
the results have been copied.  Ugly.

a9fd483aff - backed out IS_RESOURCE stuff in favour of old php3-style IS_LONG 
for now. This makes the Informix driver work again.

5b293ecd4d - add global startup/shutdown handlers 
- improve genif.sh to also consider all header files for inclusion
  (checks for phpext_)
- use vsnprintf in main.c to avoid buffer overflows
- improve sessions's mm module to cope better with OOM situations
  within the shared memory segment
- fix typo wrt session.auto_start
