012dc336a6 Fix buid with system libsqlite, see bug #74217 
SQLITE_DETERMINISTIC only exists in recent version
e.g. missing on 3.7 which is the default on RHEL/CentOS-7
and probably others (wheezy have 3.7, jessie 3.8...)

I've left litespeed alone, as it seems to genuinely maintain support
for many PHP versions.

f37a1316fe Update pdo_sqlite to use the amalgamation, much easier to upgrade / maintain. Also kill useless PECL version tag in MINFO. 
Will probably be chastised by Jani for doing branch first...

2f161ab79d First cut at a PDO driver for SQLite 3.x 
Features:
- native prepare/execute and bound parameters.
- finally supports binary data (via bound parameter api)
- full unicode/utf-8 support

Missing:
- UDF functions
- authorizer hooks for safe_mode/open_basedir restrictions

You need to download, compile and install sqlite3 yourself; we're not bundling
it (at least, not yet).
