Christoph M. Becker 3cbf594dfd Deprecate image2wbmp() 
According to https://wiki.php.net/rfc/image2wbmp, we deprecate
`image2wbmp()`, rename the `$threshold` parameter to `$foreground`, and
remove superfluous code.
