Côme Chilliet 550a4f2fa8 Remove deprecated functions from php-ldap 
Remove ldap_control_paged_result and ldap_control_paged_result_response
 which have been deprecated in PHP 7.4, in favor of new $controls
 parameters for ldap request functions.
