avoid SEGV trouble.
[KNOWN BUG] When supports pthread and running multiple Tk interpreters,
an interrupt signal causes SEGV frequently. That may be a trouble of
Ruby's signal handler.

to a Tcl's list string.

protect from namespace crash.
