* spec/rubyspec/core/kernel/itself_spec.rb: `object_id` may return
different objects for each calls, and the expectation of object
identity is done by `equal` matcher which uses `equal?` method.

* .gitignore: track changes under spec.
* spec/mspec, spec/rubyspec: add in-tree mspec and ruby/spec.
These files can therefore be updated like any other file in MRI.
Instructions are provided in spec/README.
