Calling `remote!` or `cached!` on the source was expiring local specs
for now reason. It's unnecessary to override these methods for path
sources since they only deal with local specifications.

The spec was just faking an installed gemspec without any installed gem
backing it up, resulting in `bundle install` claiming that the gem was
already installed when it was not.

I faced a big issue about Bundler with ruby core.

rubygems 2.7.x depends bundler-1.15.x. This is preparation for
rubygems and bundler migration.

* spec/bundler/*: rspec examples of bundler-1.15.4. I applied patches.
