nobu 53a7c96417 fiddle: fix build failures
* ext/fiddle/depend (build-libffi): get rid of eventually empty
  target for nmake.

* ext/fiddle/extconf.rb: omit stuffs for libffi unless bundled
  libffi is found and used.
