1. https://aws.amazon.com/jp/savingsplans/compute-pricing/ でインスタンスタイプ毎のEC2 Instance Savings Plansの時間単価を確認する。アジアパシフィック（東京）、1年間、前払いなしとすること。
   例: c5a.large USD 0.06 （2024/10/25現在）
   ※Compute Savings Plansの単価と間違えないように注意！
2. AWS コスト管理 > Savings Plans > Savings Plans の購入で、EC2 Instance Savings Plans、1年間、Asia Pacific、インスタンスファミリー（c5aなど）を選択する。
3. 購入コミットメントに1の単価 x 台数分の金額を入力し、前払いなしを選択する。
4. カートに追加する。
5. 2〜4をすべてのインスタンスファミリーに対して繰り返し、カートを確認後に注文を送信する。
