Blueprint License

Version 1.0, January 2025

Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Blueprint" refers to the source code of this repository, documentation, and associated materials.
  • "Built Files" refers to the compiled, processed, or generated output from the Blueprint, found in the dist/ folder by default.
  • "Commercial Use" means use of the Built Files for commercial purposes, including but not limited to licensing or incorporation into commercial products or services.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to: a) Use the Blueprint for development purposes b) Modify the Blueprint for your own use c) Distribute Built Files derived from the Blueprint

3. Restrictions

You may NOT: a) Redistribute, sell, lease, or transfer the Blueprint itself in any form b) Remove or modify any license notices contained within the Blueprint c) Use the Blueprint for any illegal purposes or activities d) Claim ownership or authorship of the original Blueprint e) Sell, monetize, or commercialize the Blueprint source code f) Include the Blueprint source code in any paid products or services

4. Built Files Distribution

You are permitted to: a) Distribute Built Files created using the Blueprint b) Use Built Files in both commercial and non-commercial projects c) Modify and customize Built Files for your specific needs

5. Attribution

  • Attribution is welcomed but not required
  • If you choose to provide attribution, you may do so in any reasonable manner, provided it does not suggest endorsement by the Blueprint authors

6. No Warranty

The Blueprint is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors or copyright holders shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Blueprint.

7. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Blueprint and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. General

a) If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable b) This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Blueprint
